Information about the lake
The water of Lake Garda ends in numerous places and in three provinces of Italy: in the province of Verona in the towns of Peschiera del Garda, Castelnuovo del Garda, Lazise, Bardolino, Garda, Torri del Benaco, Brenzone and Malcesine, in the province of Brescia in the municipalities of Lonato, Sirmione, Desenzano del Garda, Padenghe sul Garda, Moniga del Garda, San Felice del Benaco, Manerba del Garda, Salò, Toscolano-Maderno, Gardone Riviera, Gargnano, Tignale, Tremosine and Limone sul Garda and also in the province Trento in Riva del Garda del Garda and Nago-Torbole. A daily boat and ship service connects all these towns, which can also be reached by water
The climate on Lake Garda is mild all year round, with warm or hot summer months (end of April to beginning of October) and winter months with little precipitation. Due to the pleasant temperatures, local products such as olives, lemons and oranges, wines and truffles are world-famous and cause great enthusiasm among locals and guests. Discover Lake Garda with its diversity every day and experience unforgettable holiday moments.
